Warranties
Zirconia, Porcelain Fused to Alloy, e.max® and FGC crown and bridge work will be warrantied for FIVE years against defects in material or craftsmanship, as of date of invoice.
- Night guard wear is recommended for patients with parafunctional habits.
All ortho appliances and night guards are warrantied against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 90 days after the date of invoice.
Dentures and Removables:
- 1 year coverage on any defects in material or craftsmanship.
- Denture and Cast Partials Repairs are warrantied for 90 days.
Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to COD status and a service charge of 2% per month on overdue accounts will apply.
